Chapman left his residence on Yorkshire
Street with 12 week old Tommy Chapman
the second around 10:30 Tuesday

morning.

He was arrested without incident
seven hours later in Shelby, North
Carolina.

Salem Police are now working to
extradite Chapman back to this area.

determine the positive and negative
impacts of pain medications.

benefits and risks of drugs such as
Vioxx and celbrex.

In September the makers of Vioxx
pulled the drug because a study showed
it doubled the risk of hear attacks.

Similiar drugs demonstrated that
potetential as well.

school superintendent, and both are
experienced administrators from other
Virginia school systems.
