According to an indictment, Abu Ali

co-conspirator discussed plans for Abu
Ali to assassinate Bush in

2002 and 2003.

The indictment says two scenarios
were discussed. In one the man

would get close enough to the president
to shoot him on the street.

In the other, a car bomb would have
