old Homer Lee White Wednesday night and
charged him with six counts of
aggravated sexual battery.

allegedly meeting an underage girl on
the Internet and then meeting her in
person for sex.

Police say 35-year-old Sean Dunn
met the 16-year-old last February, in
an instant messenger chat room.

The two allegedly started meeting
for sex in Bedford County last March.

secured search warrants for his home

Changes may be in store for the
Buena Vista School System in this
morning's Education Seven report.

School Board Chairman David
Dickinson says he can neither confirm
nor deny the rumor that school
superintendent Joe King may be forced
to resign.

Dickinson says the board is
having an executive session Monday
night to deal with King's contract, but
would not give any more details.

King could not be reached for
comment.

ENG#=3 if a woman who was charged with D-U-I

after wrecking her truck Wednesday
night is the same person responsible
for causing a deadly crash in Campbell
County.

Wednesday Night 43-year-old Darryl Younger of
Naruna died in a head-on collision with
another car just south of Gladys.

Witnesses told police a red truck
had been driving recklessly and running
people off the road just prior to the
crash.


THIS red truck was involved in an
accident about 90 minutes after the
first crash.

Police ask anyone with
information about either accident to
call them at 1-800-552-0962.

deal official yesterday afternoon.

Preston Bryant, the law brings
Virginia's tax code in line with the
federal government's.

The law provides tax deductions

include donations to tsunami victims
made through the end of January on
their 2004 tax returns.

looks to be getting a little more
crowded.

According to Associated Press,
maverick Republican state Senator
Russell Potts of Winchester will
announce he's running as an Independent
candidate at a morning news conference
in Richmond.

Potts has been known for clashing
with Republican conservatives --
especially when it comes to abortion
and other social issues.

Warrenton Mayor George Fitch has

also announced that he'll be running
against Jerry Kilgore for the
Republican nomination this June.
