him that federal prosecutors have
substantial evidence linking him to a
crime.
Sources tell News7 the
investigation stems from a 35-thousand
dollar donation Jerry Falwell
Ministries made to Hutcherson's church
last year for a non-profit project.
The sources say Hutcherson may
have mishandled some of that money.
Hutcherson could not be reached
for comment.

but the reality is not many women
choose to go there.

Eleven from that class didn't make it
to graduation.
In all, VMI has graduated just 64
women.

but many have either been dismissed or

establishing an all female cadet corps
at Mary Baldwin College.

Leadership, or VWIL for short, will
celebrate it's tenth anniversary this
Friday.
Of the 134 women who've graduated
since 1999, 40-percent have gone on to
serve in the military.

introduce the film he made- which
played a key role in the filing of
charges against Jackson.

Michael Jackson* documentary, produced
by British journalist Martin Bashir.
The film shows Jackson holding hands
with his accuser and reveals that he
shared his bed with children.
By day's end, attorneys had finished
questioning Bashir and a former Jackson
publicist was ready to take the stand.
She could testify on the prosecution's
claim that Jackson conspired to hold
the accuser's family hostage.
But Jackson's team has a ready defense-
describing the boys as trouble makers
in a money-hungry family lying about
the alleged sexual assault.

the world after beating Duke, are now
hanging on for dear life.
After turning the ball over 18
times in a loss to State over the
weekend - the Hokies got killed on the
offensive glass and then got killed by
a another turnover tonight against
Clemson.

Ford a standing ovation. He may get
his own statue tomorrow.
The Hokies gave up 20 offensive
rebounds and as a result found
themselves down by nine points at the
half.
But they came out in the second
half and got a huge lift from Deron
Washington. The freshman from New
Orleans stretched his high wire across
Litttlejohn Coliseum and started
throwing down the rock from a variety
of angles.
Still the Hokies were down by one
when Jamon Gordon got in the paint,
drew the defense and found Zabian
Dowdell for the three. Tech leads
62-to-60.
It was 64-to-61 Tech, when
Clemson rushed down the floor and Ola
Babalola threw in this three pointer
from the right wing to tie the game at
64-all.
The Hokies were still very much
in control with the ball and a tie

Flames were home tonight at the Vines
Center hosting a Charleston Southern
team that it swept during the regular
season.
David Dees and Larry Blair have
owned the Buccaneers in the past and
tonight they both started hot for the
Flames hitting from the outside as
Liberty held a 31 to 30 lead at the
break. Blair had a team high 21 and
Dees 10.
But the visitors would give head
