received from Jerry Falwell Ministries
last year.

Hutcherson's church ... Trinity United
Methodist ... with a non-profit
community development project.
Sources tell News7 Hutcherson may
have mishandled some of that donation
... and that's what sparked the federal
investigation.
Federal authorities would not
confirm anything today, but this comes
from the U-S Attorney's handbook: a
"target" is a person as to whom the
prosecutor or the grand jury has
substantial evidence linking him or her
to the commission of a crime and who,
in the judgment of the prosecutor, is a
putative (or likely) defendant".
The government is obligated to
send a target letter to put a potential
defendant on notice before they are
indicted or subpoenaed by a federal

after heavy snow blanketed the region
yesterday.

VDOT crews managed to get a jump
on the roads Monday night, so things
were relatively clear, until the winds
picked up.
On route 221 near Bent Mountain-
snow drifts covered sections of road-
making it tough to see and even a
little slick to drive through.
The winds and heavy snow caused
trouble of a different kind in South
Roanoke where a tree went down taking
with it power and cable lines.
AEP says the estimated 15-hundred
customers who were without power
yesterday, are back online tonight.
