four churches in Southeast Roanoke have
have been burglarized within days.

footprints which may help
investigators.

We also know this is the second time
in a month Belmont Presbyterian has
been targeted.

deadly plane crash in the 90's.

A 47 year-old bus driver was shot
and killed in Tennessee this morning.

Reports say as many as 24 students
were onboard when a teenage male
student allegedly shot the female
driver as he boarded the bus.

The bus then crashed into a nearby
utility pole, knocking out power to
surrounding residents.

It's believed the driver died
instantly.

Police believe an altercation may
have occurred between the driver and
the suspect yesterday.

Blake's murder trial began today.

Blake is charged with killing his
wife, Bonny Lee Bakley, in 2001.

Prosecutors contend the actor was
concerned she wasn't a good mother for
their infant daughter.

They say Blake shot Bakely after
failing to persuade two others to do it
for him.

The defense argues the two
witnesses are former drug users and
can't be trusted.

If found guilty, Blake could be
sentenced to life in prison.
