federal prosecutors today will unveil
an indictment related to the case.

lot escaped serious injury.

Wednesday night a woman walking
to her car was hit by a man in a
pick-up truck. Then her purse was
taken.

Roanoke Police highlighted this
video. You see the truck veer toward
the woman, hit her and drive off.

Police say the woman was dragged
several feet but did not suffer any
serious injuries.

The driver of the pick-up truck
is described as a white man in his
twenties, driving a gray or light blue
Nissan pick-up with a North Carolina
license plate, P-T-F--6-6-1-2.

Anyone with information is asked
to call the Roanoke Police Department's

may have been involved in a fatal
stabbing.

December 20 The body of 52 year-old Lonnie
Marsh was found December 20th in the
American Motel on Williamson Road.

Now, police are looking for 50
year-old Marcella Gail Martin. They
describe her as a "person of interest"
in the case.

Anyone with information about the
death of Marsh, or the whereabouts of
Martin is asked to call the Roanoke
Police Department.

medical center burn unit after a
hazardous material spill.

It happened yesterday morning at
ChemSolve' in Roanoke.


Greg Staley suffered first,
second and third degree burns over half
of his body, after a mixer apparently
caught fire and exploded, spewing
chemicals all over him.

Staley's family says when rescue
workers first got there, the paramedics
held off transporting him.

But fire officials say it's
necessary to assess the situation
before making rash decisions.
