looking for a suspect involved in a
robbery late last night.

Shortly before midnight, a 42
year old man reported that a male
walked into his unlocked house in the
300 block of Hughes Street.

The suspect grabbed a woman
living there around her head and put
what she thought was a gun next to it
-- and demanded money.

He took an unknown amount of
money before fleeing the scene on foot.

Neither the man nor the woman
were injured.

kettering cancer center and Sabina
Ben-Yehuda,were accused of dumping
their imclone stock in dec. 2001 after

Waksal warned them that the FDA would
not review the company's experimental
cancer drug, Erbitux. If convicted,
Fuks and Ben Yehuda could get up to 10
years in prison and hefty fines.

56 year old Bob Shell on distribution
of morphine.

Shell is already charged with
felony homicide, four counts of
defiling a corpse and several drug
charges in connection with the death of
his girlfriend and model.

Police say he gave 19 year old
Marion Franklin a lethal dose of
morphine.

Prosecutors say the new drug
charge was added because of evidence
Shell gave morphine to another person
during the photo shoot where Franklin
died.

Somehow he convinced Gregory
Ledbetter to trade I-D bracelets with
him the morning Ledbetter was due to be
furloughed.

Brenner had two years added to

construction schedule which would

that a car pulled into traffic on
Peters Creek Road and was hit broadside
by a minivan last night.

Both drivers appeared fine, but
the *passenger* in the car had to be
cut out of the vehicle.

Police say he was taken to Roanoke
Memorial Hospital with non-life
threatening injuries.

suspect involved in a robbery last
night.

Shortly before midnight, a 42 year old
man reported that a male walked into

The firm's preliminary findings were
revealed at last night's citizens

nine charges including accessory to
first degree murder and obstruction of
justice.
