someone slashed at least four tires on
four seperate police cars this morning.

The incident happened at I-Hop on
Franklin Road.

Dispatchers say one of the police
officers attempted to pursue the
suspect's vehicle, but didn't get far
because of a flat tire.

The suspects were caught at
Orange and Williamson shortly after the
incident.

A witness from I-HOP was called
to the scene and identified the
suspects.

for a man who allegedly tried to abduct
a woman as she walked along Huckleberry
Trail.

The woman called police Sunday
night, saying the man pulled a knife on
her but ran away when another person

came along.

Hispanic male, about 5 feet 7 and 170
pounds, wearing a blue oversized
sweathshirt and jeans.

In Henry County, it involves a
mother and daughter.

year old Agnes Handley fatally shot her

45 year old daughter at a home near
Axton, then turned the gun on herself.

Investigators say both women had
medical conditions but offer no further

Authorities found 29-year-old
Wendy Mills shot to death in the
15-hundred block of Kirk Avenue
Southeast Saturday night.

30-year-old Mitchell Mills had
also been shot and is in critical
condition.

He was taken to Roanoke Memorial
Hospital were he later died.

The woman's death is being
investigated as a homicide.

Officials believe the man shot

himself.
