Yesterday Here's some of video we took yesterday.

Officials say the fire broke out in the
attic -- causing extensive damage to
the third floor.

These are considered upscale condos --
and officials estimate the total damage
at half a million dollars.

The city has condemned the building,
but today they allowed residents to go
back in and pick up some of their
belongings.

The Red Cross was also on the scene to
assess the damage as well and to get
an idea of just how much their services
will be needed.

crashing through her office.

A 74 year old man drove this Lincoln

Blue Ridge Parkway offic- off Electric
Road.

No one was injured and the cause is
under investigation.

But the driver says he may have put the
car in drive instead of reverse.

This Season The Duke junior is this year's :00 choice by The Associated Press as the
Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the
Year.

J.J. easily beat out North
Carolina's Sean May and Chris Paul of
Wake Forest in voting by the

Atlantic Coast Sports Media
Association. Of the 121 ballots cast,
Redick got 68 of them. May was next

with 34, and Paul got 11.

Redick led the A-C-C in scoring,
free throw percentage and minutes


played while helping the 25-and-5 Blue
Devils finish third in the final A-P
top 25. They won their sixth conference
tournament title in seven years behind
Redick, who was named M-V-P of the
event on Sunday.

Duke begins play in the N-C-A-A
tournament on Friday as the top

seed in the Austin Regional.

Last Night Last night the Hokies beat :00 Temple in the NIT first round. The win
marked the first time in Tech history
that the Hokies have beaten the Owls.

Much of the fans focus was giving
successfull but at times explosive
Temple Coach John Chaney a hard time as

the legendary coach came off a five
game suspension.

Seth Greenberg's players zeroed
in on out defending one of the toughest
defensive teams in the country. The
Hokies held the Owls to a 7 for 29
shooting effort in the second half.
While the Hokies did not have their
best shooting night, Tech did hit shots
when needed to win.

ENG#=2 urged a


federal appeals court today to
reinstate a lawsuit challenging a
state law involving teens and nudist
camps.

A federal judge already ruled the
lawsuit was moot

because organizers of the nudist camp
withdrew their permit

application after the law took effect.

But A-C-L-U attorney Rebecca Glenberg
argued today that

organizers still want to conduct the
nudist camp for teens at White Tail
Park this year and in future years.

A ruling is expected in several
weeks.
