decision by a federal judge, who
refused to order a feeding tube
re-attached to the brain-damaged
Florida woman.

The parents went to federal court
yesterday after Congress and President
Bush approved a law allowing them to do

last night. The large sail boat was
carrying a group of students. Everyone

ran aground Monday afternoon.

About 20 people,were forced to jump
off the boat and swim to rescuers on
personal watercraft.
