re-attached to the brain-damaged
Florida woman.
The parents went to federal court

capping increases at no more than five-
percent a year unless property is sold

off the coast of Oxnard, California,
last night. The large sail boat was
carrying a group of students. Everyone
is safe this morning.

A sailing ship, the Irving Johnson,
ran aground Monday afternoon.
About 20 people,were forced to jump
off the boat and swim to rescuers on
personal watercraft.

Greg Shockley, a former player at
Blacksburg high and and a player and
coach at Virginia Tech, will coach
receivers for the Keydets.
