Roanoke County officials organized the
community meeting, but the ultimate
decision rests with the Virginia
Recreational Facilities Authority.

The explosion could be heard for
miles.

One resident told the Houston
Chronicle it "sounded like a sonic
boom."

The facility is the second
largest marketer of fuel in the US.

of cheating in Atlanta.

Both will now be in Bristol next
weekend, but have been placed on 90
days probation.

Rick Hendrick maintains that
