January Knaus, the crew chief for Jimmie

and fined 35 grand, and JJ was docked
25 points, after the pair was accused
of cheating in Atlanta.
Gustafson, Kyle Busch's crew
chief, received the same penalty with a
fine of 25 thousand dollars.
Both will now be in Bristol next
weekend, but have been placed on 90
days probation.
Rick Hendrick maintains that
neither cheated and that the cars
failed inspection because of mechanical
issues that developed over the course
of the 400 mile race.
