GRAPHIC=Schiavo A federal appeals court ruled early
this morning that Terri Schiavo's
feeding tube should NOT be reinserted.
The 11th circuit court of appeals in
Atlanta, Georgia, ruled 2-1 to deny the
request by Schiavo's parents.
Yesterday, a federal judge in
Florida, also refused the request.
Schiavo's parents, Bob and Mary
Schindler, say they will file another
appeal
Schiavo's feeding tube has been
removed since Friday.
Stacy Case joins us from Washington
with more.
Her parents said Tuesday that their
daughter is fading quickly and might
die at any moment.

toilet paper dispenser at William Byrd
High School.
That led to the evacuation of the
whole school yesterday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to the
school just after 12:30, when someone
spotted smoke coming from a girls'
bathroom near an auxilury gym.
Students were evacuated to the
stadium.
There was no structural damage,
but smoke caused 22-hundred dollars in
damage.
Both the high and middle schools
closed early because of the fire and an
unrelated electrical outage.
No one was injured, authorities
continue to look for the person who's
responsible for setting the fire.

before turning the gun on him self.

pregnant.

safety building.

toilet paper dispenser at William Byrd
High School.
That led to the evacuation of the
whole school yesterday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to the
school just after 12:30, when someone
spotted smoke coming from a girls'
bathroom near an auxilury gym.
Students were evacuated to the
stadium.
There was no structural damage,
but smoke caused 22-hundred dollars in

closed early because of the fire and an
unrelated electrical outage.
No one was injured, authorities
continue to look for the person who's
responsible for setting the fire.

It happened around eight yesterday
morning at this home in the 34-hundred
block of Roanoke Street.
24-year-old Michele Huffman, and her
two girls, 2-and-a-half month old
Caitlyn, and 18-month-old Courtney were
killed.
Fire officials say the blaze started in
the hallway.
They say there was a smoke detector,
but they're not sure if it was working.

who says she didn't really know them
well, laid flowers in the front yard in
their memory.
Officials say the family had been
renting the home for a little more than
