cardiac and kidney failure and
breathing through a respirator in a
Monaco hospital.
The 81-year-old prince, whose
movie-star wife, Grace Kelly, died in a
1982 car crash, was hospitalised more
than two weeks ago with a chest
infection.
Rainier, assumed the throne in 1949.
He transformed Monaco, a state smaller
than New York's Central Park, into a
resort that is a magnet for jet
setters.
His heir is 47 year old Crown Prince

penalty.

A Texas jury found Tyrone Williams
guilty of 38 counts of transporting
illegal immigrants yesterday. But it
couldn't agree if he was directly
responsible for the deaths.
Nineteen of them died on a
blistering day in 2003 after Williams
abandoned his rig about 100 miles from
Houston.
Prosecutors said Williams was paid
to drive the tractor-trailer packed
with 70 immigrants. They say he left
the rig after the immigrants began
screaming and banging on its walls to
get air.

Christiansburg.

24-year-old Michele Huffman and her two
daughters, Caitlyn and Courtney, died
when their home caught fire Tuesday
morning.
Officials say the blaze started in the
hallway, but they're not sure how.
Brian Horne is one of the firefighters
who responded to the blaze.
He says it was an *eerie* reminder of a
car accident he worked several years
ago.

at Magna Vista High School yesterday
afternoon.
Students were evacuated to the
football stadium about 2:15 and were
sent home from there at the end of the
day.
Law enforcement personnel

did three thousand dollars in damage to
their vehicle escaping from a robber
last night.
Police say the employee was
leaving The Mayflower Restaurant
shortly after ten when the suspect
approached with a gun and demanded
money.
After taking the money, the
suspect demanded the employee out of
the vehicle and back inside the store.
That's when the employee put the
car in reverse and hit into a concrete
pole.
The suspect escaped on foot.

you'll probably get a bounced check fee

A Texas jury found Tyrone Williams
guilty of 38 counts of transporting
illegal immigrants yesterday. But it
couldn't agree if he was directly
responsible for the deaths.
Nineteen of them died on a
blistering day in 2003 after Williams
abandoned his rig about 100 miles from
Houston.
Prosecutors said Williams was paid
to drive the tractor-trailer packed
with 70 immigrants. They say he left
the rig after the immigrants began
screaming and banging on its walls to
get air.

community meeting, but the ultimate
decision rests with the Virginia

The Prince is suffering from
cardiac and kidney failure and
breathing through a respirator in a
Monaco hospital this morning.
The 81-year-old prince, whose
movie-star wife, Grace Kelly, died in a
1982 car crash, was hospitalized more
than two weeks ago with a chest
infection.
Rainier, assumed the throne in 1949.
He transformed Monaco, a state smaller
than New York's Central Park, into a
resort that is a magnet for jet
setters.
His heir is 47 year old Crown Prince
Albert.

at Virginia's assisted living
facilities.

The law requires administrators
to be licensed and medication aides
registered by the Board of Nursing.
It also increases inspection
penalties from five- hundred to ten-
thousand dollars.
The screening process for
residents with mental care needs will
also be improved.
To enforce the new regulations,
the governor's budget provides funding
for 11- new positions at the Department
of Social Services.
Virginia is home to more than 650
assisted living facilities.
