even though he may not have started the
incident.

about 40 by the time he's done paying
the price for it.

A late-night crowd ganged up on
Nance at the Stop-In on Hershberger.

Someone else apparently opened
fire first.


Then Nance got his gun and let
loose more than 30 rounds.

Joey Joyce was killed, two others
injured.

The victim's father says the
community needs to learn from this
incident.

county officials are opposed -- saying
the group is trying to find a way
around the law.

hunting preserve on 450 acres near
Wingina.

It had a pheasant shoot scheduled
for this weekend, and was going to use
clay targets for practice.

The county asked for an injunction,
claiming the target practice was the

across the nation.

March 7 Earlier this month, 10-people
were arrested after deputies say they
cashed stolen payroll checks.

Law enforcement agencies from
UTAH and KENTUCKY are the latest to
take interest in the case.

Botetourt deputies say one of the
suspects had a credit card which was

traced back to a break in and check
robbery in Kentucky.

Also, last week authorities from
West Virginia identified EIGHT of the
suspects as those involved in a similar
case in their area.

causes strep throat -- AND -- flesh
eating bacteria.

In this Health Check Seven report

-- officials say the first case of
Group A streptococcus showed up at
Friendship Manor's Lakeview facility in
January.

be an isolated incident. But that's not

cases of the bacterium and there may be
more who are infected with the more

bacterium have been treated with
antibiotics.

The common form of the bacterium
is typically spread through personal
contact.

If a person is treated with
antiobiotics they are not longer
