Although the developer has yet to
release any detailed plans, board

conduct a feasibility study.
It has to be completed before the
lease can be signed.
He can walk away from the project,
but if he does, he must turn the study
over to Explore Park.

They say the first case of
Group A streptococcus showed up in
January.
This is the same bacterium that
causes strep throat. It's also been
referred to as flesh eating bacteria.

Ramadi.
The U-S military says two American
soldiers were injured in the blast,

but it won't happen this year.

October 9 Fans of the annual Polo Cup will
have to wait until 2006 before they do
any divot stomping.
The Symphony's Board of Directors
says the Polo Cup event wasn't meeting
their goals as a fundraiser.
The symphony grosses just under
100-thousand from the event, however
expenses for the Polo Cup are as high
as 90-thousand.
The symphony hopes with an extra
year to prepare, the cup will be more
of a fundraising success.

THE DOW MOVED DOWN 13 POINTS, THAT'S
DESPITE A BULLISH PROFIT OUTLOOK FROM
GENERAL ELECTRIC, FOR THE WEEK, THE DOW
LOST 1.8 PERCENT.
THE SP 500 DIPPED A POINT, down 1 and a
half percent on the week.
AND THE NASDAQ ROSE ABOUT A POINT but
still fell about one percent on the
week.
Gasoline surged to a record and crude
oil rose on speculation that an
explosion at BP Texas City refinerY
will limit the availability of fuel
when demand picks up. That particular
refinery accounts for 3 percent of fuel
output in this country.
Rates on 30-year mortgages this week
climbed to their highest point since
late July, rising just above the 6
percent mark. According to a Freddie
Mac survey rates on 30-year, fixed-rate
mortgages averaged 6.01 percent this
week, up from 5.95 percent last week.

reservation where a classmate killed
nine people and shot himself are being
told their school won't reopen until
mid-April.

Federal investigators have asked that
funerals be delayed for the victims of
the shooting.
According to Native American tradition,

lead to renal failure and spreading
skin infections that may require
amputation. We know this was the case
for at least one of the Lakeview
residents.
The common form of the bacterium is
typically spread through personal
contact.

The U-S military says two American
