again using the Judicial system to try
to get their brain damaged daughter's
feeding tube replaced. It's been a
week since she has had food or water.
The life-and-death fight over Terri
Schiavo has returned to a federal
appeals court in Atlanta. Now Schiavo's
parents are challenging a judge's
refusal this morning to order her
feeding tube to be
reinserted. The same appeals court
turned them down earlier this week.

unsolved Roanoke murder case.
The missing witness has come
forward to help authorities figure out
what happened to a Roanoke shop keeper
last Fall.

The woman who found Junior Agee
lying fatally beaten on the floor of

his store November 17th has apparently
corroborated at least one key piece of
evidence.
Police had been unable to
re-locate the witness until
Commonwealth's Attorney Donald Caldwell

the woman to come forward.

were arrested after deputies say they
cashed stolen payroll checks.
Law enforcement agencies from
Utah and Kentucky are the latest to
take an interest in the case.
Botetourt deputies say one of the
suspects had a credit card which was
traced back to a break in and check
robbery in Kentucky.
Also, last week authorities from
West Virginia identified eight of the
suspects as those involved in a similar

care, help educate the people and give
these future paramedics some hands-on
experience.
