contracting Group A Streptococcus.
The woman passed away March 5, but
health officials only recently linked
her to Lakeview.

case reported

Health officials say there were 13
other people both residents and staff
at Lakeview who tested positive for
Group A streptococcus.
They all were from one unit of the
facility. All have been treated. None
developed any symptoms.
Officials with Lakeview say they have
taken all of the necessary precautions
to protect residents. Two unannounced
inspections by the Health Department
gave the facility a clean bill of
health. But health officials are still
looking for the source of the outbreak

bacteria --it's the same bug that
causes strep throat. However, those who
are immune compromised, children, and
the elderly are at increased risk to
get the more severe form of the
illness.

5-point-8 on the Richter scale.
The aftershock was one of 13-so
far.
Panic over the possibility that
the earthquakes will trigger another
tsunami is so far unfounded but is
still sending many residents in search

But the Sox settled down and
starting firing up thier up own bats.

leg work on the back of the base makes

Mike Lockwood would star for the

ENG#=2 Virginia and 47 other states over its
"No Late Fees" promotion.

Blockbuster mis-led its customers by,
in many cases, failing to disclose that
late fees would be replaced by other
charges.
Virginia Attorney General Judy
Jagdmann says Blockbuster has agreed to
change its practices and reimburse
customers who file complaints in
participating stores.
