The Vatican issued a statement
today about the 84-year old's health in
an effort to clear up quell reports
that the pontiff is headed back to the
hospital.
Pope John Paul the Second looked
thin but alert as he appeared at his
window to offer his usual Wednesday
blessing.
The Vatican says he's being fed
through a tube in his nose and that
while his recovery is slow it's
progressive.
The announcement is the first
since the pope left the hospital two
