watching Bonds was sickening.

the week and even last weekend have
forced the Hokies to move their
baseball game tonight with the JMU
Dukes from English Field on campus to

Despite the change in venue the
game will get underway tonight at 7 in
Pulaski.
Plus, last night's home game
against East Tennessee State has been

The beacon that guided planes for
nearly 40 years above the old control
tower came down this morning.
But it's not going too far away.
It will now shine inside the Virginia
Transportation Museum along with the
old Roanoke sign that greeted
passengers as they landed.
The former terminal has been empty
since 1989 and will be torn down in the
coming months to make way for future
airport development
