The bill plugs the holes in Megan's

rubble of a collapsed building where he
had been trapped for 52 hours after a
massive earthquake.

According to reports, his family is

of Asu after the quake took refuge on a
cruise boat, fearing another tsunmi.

The candy's debut coincides
nicely with the release of the next

Kevin Triplett, the vice
president of public affairs at the
track, says speedway officials are
asking fans in the grandstands to "be
considerate" and not smoke. But he
says it's strictly voluntary.

Triplett says smoking areas have
been set up in the concourse

area.

He says smoking is banned in a
few enclosed areas, including the

press room and suites -- IF the
suiteholders agree. Fans can smoke

in suites if suiteholders allow it.
