forcing several road closures.
In this case, city crews had to use
chain saws and a front end loader just
to clear the debris.
And trees weren't the only things
knocked around by the wind.
On 419 near Keagy Road, this bank sign

Appalachian Power reports 14 thousand
customers lost power in western
Virginia, 37-hundred of them in the
Roanoke area.
No word when everyone will get their
lights back on.
