Five floors are being added on top of
the south pavilion.

They will eventually house women's
and children's services.

In the middle of the hospital, two
floors are being added for more
operating rooms.

being expanded outwards on the bottom
floor.

kept away from the construction with
the help of a computer tracking system.

disease.

McDaniel is in stable condition
at Pulaski Community Hospital.

Family members say she is slowly

were given antibiotics.

Health officials do not believe

any students at Pulaski High School are

student is hospitalized after a
weekend shooting.

It happened about 6:30 Sunday
night in the street on Salem Turnpike
Northwest.

Roanoke Police say the 17
year old was shot in the leg-

So far no one's been arrested.
The student's name has not been

league's new steroids policy.

Piedra, who played for the Salem

campus dorm.

receiver Bret Smith have been charged
with hitting a man who was arguing with
Schaeffer's girlfriend.

. They have been charged with
misdemeanor assault and released on
their own recognizance. Their court

date is set for April 18th.

Campus police say part of
Schaeffer's involvement was caught on
tape by a video camera in the dorm
lobby.

The document also said Schaeffer
and the other man Quantavios Emerson
grabbed baseball bats but dropped them
before hitting anyone.
