We have breaking news Dublin
police say they've solved two school
vandalism cases.

Investigators are getting
peititions right now on two male
juveniles.

and doors were broken at Dublin Middle

School.

It happened sometime after 10:00.

Investigators say in that case,
at least 2-thousand dollars in property
was taken and several thousand dollars
in damage reported.

Burnette is charged with murder and
tampering with a vehicle.

According to Blaney's family,

Health officials say 16 year old
Allison McDaniels has the Meningococcal

disease.

McDaniels is in stable condition
at Pulaski Community Hospital.

Family members say she is slowly
getting better.

Close relatives and a boyfriend
were given antibiotics.

Health officials do not believe
any students at Pulaski High School are
at risk.

man believed to have taken his
four-month old daughter and her mother
hostage.

The two were released this

Police say the man also shot the
child's grandfather.

The grandfather is in surgery.

The suspect is said to have

An official says police aren't
sure if the man and woman "were

still seeing each other" and don't know
what sparked the violence.

and kill a four-year-old boy yesterday
in Orange County.


Sheriff C-G Feldman says the child
was attacked outside the family's home
near Gordonsville.

He says the boy was pronounced dead

been released.

Feldman said there was no record of
previous attacks by the
Rottweiler-shepherd mix.

Animal control officials took the
dog, which will likely be destroyed.

This Afternoon-NESN The Red Sox celebrated their :00 first championship in 86 years by
unveiling a big championship banner
today at Fenway Park. The team also
handed some gawdy rings. One side of
the ring has the the words "Greatest
Comeback Ever" engraved on it.

The Red Sox also did a nice job
of remembering so many great players
who gave it their all, but never won a
title, like Luis Tiant and Carl
Yaztremski.

Manager Tony Francona - who has
been in the hospital returned, as well.

And to make it even better for
the Red Sox - they did all of this in
front of the Yankees - whom they are
beating at this hour seven to one.

the start of this work week involving
their top quarterback a receiver.

:00 Quarterback Brent Schaeffer and
receiver Bret Smith have been charged
with hitting a man who was arguing with

Schaeffer's girlfriend in a campus
dorm. They have been charged with
misdemeanor assault and released on
their own recognizance last night.
Their court date is set for April 18.
Part of Schaeffer's involvement was
caught on tape by a video camera in the
dorm lobby, according to University of
Tennessee police. The document also
said Schaeffer and the other man
Quantavios Emerson grabbed baseball
bats but dropped them before hitting
anyone.

The video also shows Schaeffer
throwing the other student to the
ground. He needed four staples to
close wound in his head.

Coach Phil Fulmer suspended both
players indefinitely today.

this blimp.

The blimp is having trouble
tethering to the ground.

The tail end isn't levelling out, so
firefighters are trying to cool down
the gases to make it less buoyant and
add some weight.
