night for 28 year old Michael Paul
Collins, police got a big tip.

Someone told them Collins was
staying at this home on Cedar Hill
Drive with a relative.
They surrounded the place around
11:45 this morning.
After a 10 minute standoff where
police say Collins threatened to kill
himself, he walked out the front door
and gave himself up.
He was wanted to for shooting his
14 year old girl friend outside her
home in Clayton Estates.
Police say the girl's mother was
arguing with Collins about his
relationship with her daughter, when he
pulled a gun and opened fire.

Around 11:30 this morning,
Joanne Deshazor of Danville was
operating a tow motor when the forks
struck an overhead shelf and turned
over.
Deshazor was pronounced dead at
the scene.
OSHA and Danville Police are
invesitgating.

resigned, multiple sources around the
state and in Chicago have confirmed
that Depaul coach Dave Leitao received
a tour of the UVA grounds today in
Charlottesvillle, and was offered the
job before flying back to the Windy
City.
Leitao won 58 games as the Head
Blue Demon the past three seasons.
Nothing is official yet, but
Leitao was expected to return to
Chicago to break the news to his team
that he was in fact leaving.

They hit the streets today,

The rally was organized by the
hosts of a morning radio show.
They say they're all for healthy

Monstser is the Cookie Monster.
The Sesame Street character who
used to sing "C is for cookie" now
trills that "A cookie is a Sometimes
Food."
