shooting his 14 year old girlfriend
made his first court appearance this
afternoon.

28-year old Michael Paul Collins
was arraigned on charges of aggravated

malicious wounding and possession of a
firearm by a convicted felon.

According to court documents,
Collins once pulled out a gun at a
Blacksburg night club and at one time,
set fire to his jail cell.

Police say he got into an
argument with his girlfriend's mother
Wednesday night and started shooting.

His girlfriend was shot in the
stomach.

The teen was last listed in
stable condition at Roanoke Memorial
Hospital.

in Salt Lake City has pled guilty.

Twenty-eight year old Mark Hacking
pled guilty to first-degree murder in
the shooting death of his wife Lori.

Her body was found in a landfill

killed her after she confronted him for
lying about getting into medical
school.

He faces six years to life in
prison.

masked man entered with his gun drawn.

When he started to jump over the
counter, Grammer pulled out a
