pornography charges yesterday
apparently has a long criminal history
in California.

VO-NAT 70-year-old Joseph Anthony Dapron
faces twenty counts of possession of
child pornography.
Police raided his Ridge Avenue
home last week and seized large amounts
of videos and photographs, including
pictures involving three local
children.
Dapron is also a suspect in the
sexual abuse of an 11-year-old girl in
Amherst County.
A search warrant affidavit shows
he's been arrested in California on
multiple offenses involving children
including sexual perversion by force,
unlawful intercourse and sodomy of a
child under the age of 14.

Mabry and his 79-year-old wife, Hazel
were found yesterday morning around 11
o'clock at their home in the 15-hundred
block of Mudpike Road.
Neighbors say Hazel Mabry had

room for more than two years, and
Leonard Mabry was also ill.
Investigators think Leonard shot
himself after shooting his wife as she
lay in bed.
