Eleventh victim says it's a great day
for American justice.

Zacarias Moussaoui today pled
guilty to helping al-Qaida carry out
the attacks.

VO-NAT Moussaoui declared he was

personally chosen by Osama bin Laden to
fly a plane into the White House during
a later attack.

He pled guilty to six counts of
conspiracy, four of which could bring
the death penalty

Although his court room antics have
led some to question his sanity, the
judge said he was fully competent to
plead guilty.

His lawyers say they will still try
to convince s jury that he does not
deserve the death penalty.

plans for residents and are encouraging

The plan V-Dot has developed
won't LESSEN traffic, it will make it
safer for MORE traffic.

New turning lanes and widening

that V-Dot thinks will make the
cut-through safer, and quicker for
drivers.

Three gay couples sued after they

year old girl.

shows the St. Petersburg girl being
uncooperative at Fairmount Park
Elementary School.

She had apparently refused to
take part in a kindergarten math

lesson. At one point, the girl

she tears papers from a bulletin board
and climbs on a table several times.

Eventually, police responded and
put the girl in handcuffs.

After being placed in the back of
a police cruiser the girl was released

American Civil War center opening next
year will also present the
African-American perspective.

The 13-million dollar center is
located along the James River in
downtown Richmond, which produced
11-hundred Confederate cannons,
including the one that fired on Fort
Sumter in 1861.

Organizers say the Civil War
center will bring people together by
giving them a better understanding of
all sides in the war.
