Zacarias Moussaoui today pled
guilty to helping al-Qaida carry out
the attacks.

He pled guilty to six counts of
conspiracy, four of which could bring
the death penalty
Although his court room antics have

The 13-million dollar center is
located along the James River in
downtown Richmond, which produced
11-hundred Confederate cannons,

Organizers say the Civil War
center will bring people together by
giving them a better understanding of
all sides in the war.
