back on the tracks this afternoon.

Crews spent all morning trying to
pull five overturned cars upright.

The accident happened yesterday
around 4:00.

Crews had just unloaded all the
salt from the cars when the train
flipped over.

The train belongs to Norfolk
Southern, but the was being leased by
the American Rock Salt Company out of
New York.

No one was injuried in the
derailment and officials say no private
property was destroyed.

have been subpoenaed to appear bfeore a
federal grand jury regarding the
investigation into Lynchburg mayor Carl
Hutcherson.

that he is the target of a federal
inquiry into the finances of a
non-profit program he created last

Authorities are looking into
whether Hutcherson mis-handled a
32-thousand dollar loan from the

Michael Gillette say they were given a
summons this week to appear in Roanoke
on May 19th.

Other council members also are

Billcliff and Crebase have made
several appearances on national

television to talk about the buried
treasure they found.

Police say they might not have
suspected anything had the men not
sought publicity. The currency dating
between 18-99 and 19-28 has an
estimated value of 50- to 100-thousand
dollars.

Investigators believe the men found

the old bank notes and bills in a house
where they were doing roofing work.

They say the Billcliff and Crebase
probably "cooked up a scheme" to make
the find look legitimate so they could
keep the money.

have been the parade's marshals,

This year, 28 former presidents of
the Dogwood Festival will be the grand

Duggar Baucom added Daniel Willis
to his staff as an assistant coach.

Willis, who is 26, was on
Baucom's staff at Tusculum, as well.

Travis and Chavis Holmes from Christ
School in Charlotte.

The brothers have played on state
championship teams twice in the past
three years.

They are the third twins to play
