videotaping one of his students in a
bathroom without her knowledge has been
sentenced to jail.
Today, a Roanoke County judge said
he considered the incident extremely
serious and ordered Michael Lucado

two- year sentence.

severely damaged a dormitory at William
and Mary this afternoon.

The blaze broke out in Preston
Hall just after one.
Housekeepers reportedly saw smoke
and went from room to room telling
students to evacuate when alarms failed
to sound.
More than 140-students were
evacuated.
Students say the alarms finally

The fire left huge holes in the
third-floor ceiling and destroyed its
roof.
Firefighters have yet to declare
a cause.

accused of making a bomb in their dorm
room and setting it off on campus.

arrested early Sunday morning.
Police say the group made a
Molotov cocktail in a Pritchard Hall
dorm room.
A security guard says he caught
the students setting the bomb off in a
parking lot behind Cassell Coliseum.
No one was injured and no
property was damaged when the bomb went
off.
The students were arrested and
charged with manufacturing an explosive
device.
All three are out of jail on

Report, Virginia's Old State Library is
now being prepped to temporarily house
the state legislature.

meet in the building while the inside
of the state capitol is renovated.
Crews have worked to restore the
building's art- deco style, returning
many rooms to their original splendor.

of rented office space.

the Avs hosted Myrtle Beach in game two
of their four game series.
Tonight the Avs would get one of
their best pitching performances of the
season from right hander Rory Shortell.
The six foot three inch Portland,
Oregon native pitched seven strong
scoreless innings striking out six,
walking just one, and allowing just two
hits.
The Avs beat the Pelicans 1-to-0.

way, Germany will be the first nation
in Europe to ban *smoking* while
driving.

the playoff loss against San Antonio
last night, but a local gas station
took some of their pain away at the
pumps.

points in the game, the gas station
next to the Pepsi Center where the
Nuggets play, took 115 cents off of a
gallon of gas.
For two hours this morning customers
could fill up for one dollar a gallon.
Drivers lined up and waited about
half an hour for the cheap gas.
