an innocent plea for Dennis Rader to
ten first-degree murder charges.
Rader's public defender says he's
considering seeking a change
of venue.

But prosecutors are making it
clear they'll try to keep the
60-year-old behind bars for the rest of

way they entered and abandoned the
truck a few blocks away from the store.

has pled guilty in connection with a
scheme that used fake stock tips to
cheat people out of their money.
Authorities say Michael O'Grady used
messages made to sound as if they were
accidentally left on answering machines
to promote small company stocks.

telemarketing
company that sent out the deceptive
voice mail messages. Mr. O'Grady has
plead
guilty to obstruction of justice
charges and agreed to cooperate in our
investigation.

U-Conn teammate Ben Gordon for the
award in voting that was released
today. Okafor led all rookies in
scoring and rebounding with 16 points

was named sixth man of the year.

Marine Mammal Conservancy in Florida.

The rehabilitation center today
released seven dolphins it had nursed
back to health after the animals
stranded themselves on a mud flat two
months ago.
Dozens of others dolphins did not
survive.
The ones who did were taken to a
point about 14-miles off Key Largo
where they swam away together, under
their own strength.
Each is fitted with a radio
transmitter to help track their
movements until the gear comes off on
its own in about six weeks.
