driver's seat. The motorcycle
manufacturer has named James Ziemer

Sirius Satellite wants to cash in on
the podcast craze... Sirius Satellite
will l launch a daily four-hour show
featuring podcasts, or amateur
programming of digital audio files
distributed over the Internet. The
technology makes it easy for Net users
to download podcasts to portable music

the students at Bedford Science and

Technology Center got a special
performance yesterday from pop singer
Aaron Carter.

The contest was open to all area
schools which donated pennies to
benefit the Special Olympics.

After the concert, Carter talked to
students and signed autographs.

The 17-year-old singer says he now
looks forward to working on his next

host N-R-A approved shooting matches.

But, during a public hearing last week,
many neighbors expressed concern over
noise.

Yesterday, the county's board of zoning
appeals conducted a sound test at the
range using its own firearms.

The board will vote on whether to
approve the permit at its meeting
tomorrow.

prostitution crackdown appears to be
working.

Police say they made only one
prostitution arrest last week during
phase two of Operation Red Light.

The department says it's now in its
third phase of the operation -- which

performance yesterday from pop singer
Aaron Carter.

The contest was open to all area
schools which donated pennies to
benefit the Special Olympics.

B-S-T-C donated the most pennies per
student.

Carter says doing the concert was a
reward in itself.

But members of city council are asking

for more information before they make a
