was an accident.

again.

Only, now the State Bar has
initiated disciplinary proceedings
against Grimes for comments he made to
Judge B-A Davis.

would be willing to strictly follow the
rule of law...."
Grimes didn't want Davis to hear
the case Grimes was prosecuting,
preferring to try it before a jury.
Grimes later apologized, but the
State Bar says he retracted the

The traffic calming project is
on Bullitt and Jamison Avenues from 6th
to 13th Street.
Up and down the road, the city
has extended the curbs and in some
places installed islands in the middle
of the road.
The goal is to make you
uncomfortable, so if you're driving
through too fast, there's a good chance
you'll hit the curb.
It's been five months since
the project has been completed and the
city says it has evidence traffic
calming here in Southeast is working.

17 people guilty for their involvement
in an illegal gambling operation.

jacket at the Masters three weeks ago.

Two softball later this month.
