officials have no idea who was behind
the blasts this morning that hit the
building that houses the British
consulate.

No one was injured in the attack.

Police say two makeshift grenades
caused some damage to the building,
shattering a glass panel.

So far, there have been no arrests
and no claim of responsibility.

Officials also haven't determined any
motive for the attack.

oncoming tractor trailer.

This is the third fatal accident
