Authorities say the 13-year-old boy
was riding his A-T-V home from a
friend's

The first deputies to arrive at

emergency crews got there, but the boy

morning in Rockingham County.
Virginia State Police say the plane
went down in a cow pasture just off
Route 42.
16-year-old Daniel Dunn of
Harrisonburg died at the UVA medical
center this afternoon.
His father, 44-year-old Richard
Dunn, was seriously injured and is also
at UVA.
According to the police report, it
appears the plane may have run out of
gas.

park in the Smoky Mountains is charged
with second-degree murder.
The engineer was called by police to

bypassed the ride's safety system by
altering wiring in the ride's control
panel.
The park's manager could get up to
29 years in prison if

unfortunatel news concerning former UVa
all-American Ralph Sampson.
The Harrisonburg native was
arrested in Atlanta today on two felony
counts of failing to pay court-ordered
child support.

1993 Sampson is now 44 years old and
:00 he lives in surburban Atlanta,
U-S Attorney Paul McNulty says
one of the counts alleges that Sampson
failed to catch up on delinquent child
support for a daughter as he was
ordered to do by a judge who sentenced
him to two years probation back in
2003.
McNulty says Sampson owes six
thousand dollars to that daughter.
Plus, Sampson also is charged
