accident early this morning in Giles
County.

south of 739.

Police say 47-year-old Frank Edward
Biddle of Lexington, *North Carolina*
was headed south -- when his
tractor-trailer ran off the side over
the road, flipped over and struck some
trees.

Biddle died at the scene.

north of Christiansburg.

According to state police, a U-Haul
trailer overturned and crashed into a
guardrail.

No one was injured.

Traffic, however, was backed up for a

Over the next 13-days, the county
will conduct telephone *polls* -- to
find out what really matters to people.

Botetourt County conducted a

Representative Rick Boucher

Shawsville -- to help about
75-residents.

This process will continue through
Wednesday.

Season-ticket holders had previously
been able to keep their

But this year, many of them must move

donors to the Hokie Club, the
fundraising unit of the athletic
