AFTER 5 YEARS OF FOLLOW-UP, THOSE ON

it was the first randomized control

MORE RESEARCH IS NECESSARY, BUT IF

GRAPHIC=None Wine lovers are toasting a Supreme
Court decision overturning state laws
banning out-of-state wine shipments.
ENG#=2 VO-NAT
VO-NAT An attorney for local wineries
called today the "best day for wine
lovers since the invention of the
corkscrew."
A Virginia winemaker had sued to
overturn a New York ban.
The five-to-four decision struck
down laws in New York and Michigan
banning out-of-state wine shipments.
In all, 24 states have laws barring
interstate shipments.
But the head of Michigan's liquor
board sees the ruling as a setback,
affecting the panel's efforts to keep
minors from obtaining liquor.
