GRAPHIC=Murder Investigation After less than a day on the run,


a murder suspect has been picked up in
Nelson County.

Police say 28-year-old Moriah
Robin Tolton was picked up less than a
mile from the crime scene around noon
today.

Tolton is wanted in the murder of
his father, 60-year-old John Julius
Tolton of Gladstone.

He was found shot to death in his
home around 4:30 yesterday.

Moriah Tolton faces first degree
murder and firearm charges.

He's being held at the Nelson
County Sheriff's Office.

Today the company announced
the recall of over 750-thousand trucks
and S-U-V's.

A spokeswoman says the
vehicles had problems with the front
suspension that could hinder steering.

The recall covers 2001-2004 Tacomas,
2001 and 2002 Four-Runners and the 2002

through 2004 model years of the Tundra
and Sequoia.

Also Toyota is investigating
complaints about its hybrid cars.

It was just last year that a woman from
Narrows was attacked in her
mother-in-law's basement by a rabid
bobcat. While this type of attack is
unusual --it's not uncommon this time
of year to come into contact with a
raccoon, skunk, or even a stray cat
that could have the disease.

(MUH-SHERI) was awarded the 18th annual
Don Holliday Memorial Scholarship.

Mauceri gets 16 thousand dollars
to further his education at Virginia
Tech where he will study architecture.

A 4.0 student and member of the
National Honor Society, while working
30 hours a week at Harbor Inn Seafood,
Mauceri was pleasantly surprised by the
honor.

Season ticket holders had
previously been able to keep their same
seats when they renewed tickets.

But this year, many of them must
move to make room for bigger donors to

say picking a new seat is a tough job.
