gunpoint ten days ago says the crime is
costing them their home.

10th.

they found the man who hit a deputy
with his truck.

20 year old Jeffrey Buck Finley
was arrested today.

Investigators say Finley drove
through a DUI checkpoint in the
Ironridge area, slamming a deputy with
the side mirror on his truck.

The deputy was treated at the
hospital and released.

Finley is charged with attempted
malicious wounding of a police officer,
felony eluding police and driving on a
suspended license.

He's in the New River Valley
Jail, without bond.

a massive snowstorm.

The 40-draftees and one officer
were on a training march through the
Andes mountains when the worst snow
storm in a decade moved in Wednesday.

Most of the soldiers were 18 or
19 years old and had started their
year-long mandatory draft only a month
ago.

So far, four bodies have been
recovered.

The top commander of the Chilean
army says the remaining soldiers are
probably dead but that rescue efforts
will continue.
