they found the man who hit a deputy
with his truck.
20 year old Jeffrey Buck Finley
was arrested today.

Investigators say Finley drove
through a DUI checkpoint in the
Ironridge section of the county,
slamming a deputy with the side mirror
on his truck.
The deputy was treated at the
hospital and released.
Finley is charged with attempted
malicious wounding of a police officer,

He's in the New River Valley
Jail, without bond.

only stay unbeaten on the season, but
to bring home a national championship.
The lady Generals faced Atlanta's
Emory University in today's title
matches.
Emory is the two-time defending
national champion.
In the doubles' matches W&L's
number two team of Emily Applegate and
Christin McClung picked the Generals
only doubles' victory.
Surprisingly, Lindsey Hagerman
and Ginny Wortham were beaten in
doubles.
Right now the six singles matches
are taking place - W&L is ahead in two
of those, and trails in three. We'll

first people in the country to see
"Star Wars: The Revenge of the Sith,"
some people are still not sure how
Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader.

VO-NAT In West Lafayette, Indiana, a
projector bulb went dark with 20
minutes of the movie to go.
About 200 fans were given free
passes to return.
It was at about the same point that
the film melted during a showing in
Roanoke County Wednesday night.
Meanwhile, in Eatontown, New
Jersey, fans were shocked when Anakin
Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi started
speaking Japanese. Scenes from the
Japanese version had somehow been
spliced into the English version.
