gunshot wound suffered last night
behind a convenience store.
Police say 23 year old Keith Edward
Moss came to Lynchburg General Hospital
for treatment of a wound to the the
right thigh.

men who robbed a fast-food restaurant
over the weekend.
Police say the two were armed with
handguns when they entered a back door
at the K-F-C on Piney Forest Road and
demanded money.

hope a "person of interest" can help
them solve the three year old murder
case of a Rocky Mount woman.

VO-NAT 23-year-old Stephanie Bennett was found
raped and murdered in her Raleigh
apartment in May of 2002.
Bennett had moved to Raleigh
after graduating from Roanoke College.
A 100-thousand dollar reward is
being offered to anyone with
information leading to Bennett's
killer.

Police say they would like to
talk to a white male, in his late 20s
to early 30s.
The man is about six-feet tall
and was seen near the apartment complex
walking a large dog.
