structure... while 39 classrooms would
be divided into three learning

Parents, teachers and school
officials say the architects listened,
and their excitement is growing.

Class Kyle Hemauer

(HAY-mower) died yesterday from

non-combat related injuries.

Hemauer was serving with Company A,

are in shock after a teacher was
killed in an accident this morning.

Minty Brandley had just passed
another car when she ran off Joppa Mill
Road in Bedford County around seven
o-clock.

The car hit a tree so hard the
engine compartment was torn from the
rest of the vehicle.

Brandley was a Lynchburg

She was not wearing a seat
belt, though troopers say it may not
have made a difference.

still trying to determine the cause of
a fire that destroyed a home yesterday.

Officials say the fire may have
been burning for as long as 45-minutes
before it was reported.

No one was home at the time, but

Thornburg will continue her softball
career after Northside's season ends.
Thornburg has been a large part of the
Vikings continued dominance in the Blue

Thornburg will start her college
softball career at Tallahassee
Community College and play for the

Eagles. But that won't be her last
