in jail.

Her lawyer says, with the time
she's already served, she should be out
by mid-July.

of embezzlement.

The Commonwealth's Attorney says
the charge stems from October when Bond
started taking money from her
management job at the Salem Bojangle's
restaurant.

A judge gave her a five-year
sentence with all but eight-months
suspended.
