Yesterday, more than 200-items
that once belonged to the actress went
up for auction in Los Angeles.

Up for the grabs- the infamous
"blow up" dress from her movie, "The
Seven Year Itch," a purse with Monroe's
likeness and perhaps the biggest item
up for bid- a watercolor painting
Monroe made for JFK.

The piece is a picture of a red
rose with two inscriptions.

The picture never made it Kennedy
-instead it was locked away after
Monroe's sudden death.
