soon be back in business.

fired HealthSouth CEO Richard Scrushy.
Jurors told a federal judge Friday that
they were deadlocked on all eleven
charges against him.. The judge told
the jurors to try again to reach a
verdict. Scrushy is accused of leading
a nearly 3 billion dollar accounting
fraud.

Walmart's annual meeting in Arkansas
last week was a star-studded event...
Surprise performances by Jon Bon Jovi
and Jessica Simpson...and country star
Garth Brooks wowed the crowd and
alluded to a business deal with Walmart
and its Sam's Club stores. Walmart
executives also urged shareholders to
be patient about the company's

permanent amphitheater..
