VO-NAT In a six- to- three ruling today,

justices found users can be prosecuted

under a federal ban on the drug -- even
if it is used under a doctor's order.

Writing for the majority, Justice
John Paul Stevens said Congress can
change the law to allow medical use of
the drug.

The decision is a defeat for the
drug's advocates, who have successfully
passed medical marijuana laws in ten
states.

The issue being decided was whether
it was constitutional to prosecute

THEY THINK IT MAY SPEED UP THE EFFECTS

FX Tony Stewart took a bite :00 out of Jeff Gordon.

Just 41 laps in, the 20 and the
24 got together.

As a result Gordon recorded his
3rd straight DNF, the first time in his
career that has happened.

Later, Dave Blaney spins off the
corner, smacks the inside wall, then
slides back up the track where Ken
Schrader was waiting on the outside.

Biffle got the lead for good at
lap 241 and never looked back,
recording his series- best 4th win of
the season.

He also trimmed Jimmie Johnson's
points lead to just 46.

Kyle Busch came home second.
