drug counts.

The charges stem from his arrest
last September, when police stopped a
car in which he was a passenger.

Officers say they found marijuana,
along with several tablets of Xanax, a
drug used to treat depression and panic
disorders.

Authorities say Culkin didn't have
a prescription for the Xanax.

He's pleaded innocent to the

His son was drafted by the Los
Angeles Dodgers in the second round of
the Major League Baseball Draft.

DeJesus wasn't the only Virginia
Connection to the draft.

Commonwealth to be represented.

Upton went to the Arizona
Diamondbacks.

He is the younger brother of B.J.
Upton, who was drafted the number 2

Devil Rays.

They are the highest drafted
siblings ever.

The number 4 overall pick was Ryan
Zimmerman, a third baseman for the
University of Virginia.

He was taken by the Washington
Nationals.

Zimmerman excelled for the Cavs
this season.

He hit almost 4-hundred, and
drove a team high 59 runs in 61 games
in this junior season.

He's expected to forego his
senior year.

The people of Tunstall have
reason to celebrate as Will Inman the
Right Handed pitcher was taken with the
85th overall pick by the Milwaukee
Brewers.
