The Art Museum of Western Virginia

For the second time in the past 4
months yesterday, a cover blew into the
air, landing only feet from a woman
walking nearby.

Dominion Power says the problem may
be caused by a faulty underground cable
combined with a natural gas buildup.

The company says there is no way to
tell which wires may be faulty or if

another explosion will happen. (END VO) (END VO)
