to the armed robbery of a Lynchburg
insurance office last winter.

January 4th 39-year-old Alberto Pagan walked
into the Hundley, Wilkins and Bowles
office on January 4th, brandished a gun
and demanded money.
After forcing employees into a back
office, he escaped with checks and
cash.
Police spotted him about a block
away and quickly made an arrest.
Pagan pleaded guilty yesterday to
robbery and firearms charges ... he
also admitted giving a false name to
police.
He faces a possible life term when
he's sentenced in September.

Route 100 in the Wabash

It was about six in the morning, when
police raided this house in the
town of Santa Cruz.
They arrested two brothers and took out
garbage bags full of evidence
they believe could connect
them and another man to missing Alabama
teenager Natalee Holloway.
The 18-year old disappeared May 30th
while on High School graduation
trip.

Though authorities refuse to identify
the three men-theyve been
described as students. One of them the
son of a Dutch justice official.

THE MEN. THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
SAYS THEY ARE THE SAME THREE THEY

THAT TIME THEY ADMITTED THEY HAD BEEN
WITH HOLLOWAY THE NIGHT SHE
DISAPPEARED BUT INSISTED THEY DROPPED
HER OFF AT HER HOTEL.
But security cameras at the Holiday Inn
where she was staying did not
record her return.
The Attorney General Caren Janssen
refused to say whether the three were
connected to two men already in
custody.
Yesterday a judge ruled there was
sufficient cause to continue to hold
Nick John and Abraham Jones.
Jones girlfriend says he has alibi---
because she was with him.

Firefighters reported at least six
explosions.
Authorities believe the blaze

still no arrests.
So Dickerson's mother has placed this

turtles aren't coming out of their
shells, but they are heading back into
the open water.

The turtles were rescued after
washing ashore in North Carolina.
Volunteers at the local sea turtle
rescue nursed them back to health.
When Deb Boyce and her husband
found Obie, the turtle was sick and
weighed only 125 pounds.
She now weighs a healthy 450 pounds.

getting ready to do - after 36-years of
service, Wood is retiring.

It's said -most teachers are inspiring,
but for Wood -it couldn't be more true.
Nearly three-years ago, Larry Wood and
his wife were injured in a fire. He
suffered burns to 50-percent his body
and doctors weren't sure he'd survive,
much less walk again.
Even though it was a long road - Wood
returned to school and even to the
baseball field as an assistant coach.
